The policy of Kaplan Corporation is that all aspects of operations shall be conducted in a safe and healthful manner. We recognize that safeguarding the health and welfare of our employees is of the highest priority. Safety meetings are held on a regular basis and courses are offered for all employees. All employees are trained in both safety and first aid.
Kaplan Corporation subscribes to the philosophy that accident prevention is an ongoing responsibility. Our commitment to safety extends not only to all employees, but to all subcontractors and visitors on our job sites. Our goal is to maintain accident-free construction operations.
As founding members of the ABC Massachusetts Workers’ Compensation Self-Insured Group, Inc., Kaplan has been proactive in developing and enforcing a thoughtful, comprehensive, and effective safety program. We have been awarded the Associated Builders & Contractors National Platinum Safety Award, which in partnership with OSHA ,represents a benchmark standard for safety.
